First, we will make a non-binding appointment with you at the location of the property and outline a brief exploration of possibilities. This includes issues such as zoning, use function, sustainability and building volume. After we have come to an informed decision with you, we will submit our joint plans to our architect. After they have made a nice and clear design, we will submit it to the city planning department that deals with the region in which your property is located. After these steps have been taken, we will come back to you to provide you with a market-based offer, in which all information is transparently and reliably laid out for you.
